Kicking off yet another work week, Michelle Trachtenberg was spotted hard at work on the set of “Gossip Girl” earlier today (July 20).The “EuroTrip” cutie looked intense as she shot scenes with costar Penn Badgley on location in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City.
