Beauty Secret: To make model Noemie Lenoir’s hazel eyes appear “even bigger and more almond-shaped,” makeup artist Hilde Pettersen Reljin drew a “ ’60s-style” swipe in black liquid liner across her top and bottom lids, contrasted with white pencil inside the lower lash line.
